Our house looks amazing and they exceeded our expectations. THI has a showroom in Grayslake where we went to pick out our cabinets, counter tops, and paint which was extremely helpful.
Aaron Glenn is owner and operator of Total Home Improvement. He has been in the home improvement industry since 1999 and has strived for excellence in every way. Home Advisor named him contractor of the year in 2010. His focus on quality craftsmanship, customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction paved the way for the business motto that THI lives by today: Guaranteed Right the First Time. He believes if a job is worth doing, it is worth doing right. When he's not working, Aaron spends as much time as possible at home with his wife and children, where he enjoys cooking gourmet meals to bring everyone together.
Eva Glenn is the co-owner and office manager at Total Home Improvement. She manages most of the behind-the-scenes work. Her voice and face will become very familiar as you contact the THI office. It is Eva's responsibility to keep things at the office running smoothly so that your remodeling team can be as efficient as possible with every aspect of your home improvement project. When she's not keeping THI in order, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies and dining out.
Gerret Swearingen is the project consultant at Total Home Improvement. As detail-oriented individual with 30 years of experience in the residential remodeling industry, he leads the consultation process to ensure our clients receive exactly what they are after. He is the support system to the construction team and daily contact to clients throughout each phase from design concepts to the final walk through. He strives to establish up close and personalized relationships with our clients.
