Aaron Glenn is owner and operator of Total Home Improvement. He has been in the home improvement industry since 1999 and has strived for excellence in every way. Home Advisor named him contractor of the year in 2010. His focus on quality craftsmanship, customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction paved the way for the business motto that THI lives by today: Guaranteed Right the First Time. He believes if a job is worth doing, it is worth doing right. When he’s not working, Aaron spends as much time as possible at home with his wife and children, where he enjoys cooking gourmet meals to bring everyone together.

Eva Glenn is the co-owner and office manager at Total Home Improvement. She manages most of the behind-the-scenes work. Her voice and face will become very familiar as you contact the THI office. It is Eva’s responsibility to keep things at the office running smoothly so that your remodeling team can be as efficient as possible with every aspect of your home improvement project. When she’s not keeping THI in order, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies and dining out.

Heath Karau is the project manager at Total Home Improvement. A highly analytic and creative mind with a special interest for interior architecture, and recipient of several awards nationwide for his work in residential and commercial interior design combined. With his 20 years’ experience, he leads the design process with every client to ensure a unique delivery to each project. He is the support system to the construction team and daily contact to clients throughout each phase from design concepts to the final walk through. He strives to establish up close and personalized relationships with our clients.
