We are pleased to recommend Total Home Improvement & Repair, LLC.  We first contacted them in October of 2008 to discuss updating our bathroom, and the installation of new hardwood floors in 3 upstairs bedrooms.

 

We found Aaron (our Project manager) to be prompt, courteous and helpful with the ideas we had.  He helped us work within the budget we had set, and offered suggestions that made the process easy and non-stressful.  He measured our floors and took care of ordering the hardwood.  He stayed in touch and informed us of any issues that might have come up.  He showed up on time and finished the floor project as promised. 

 

With our bathroom project, we found Aaron to go above and beyond what would be expected as our contractor.  He took it upon himself to help us when our sink and countertop arrived broken.  He was willing to load the item in his van and take it back to Home Depot.  He worked with us to help find a replacement item that would go with our bathroom tile.  He also made sure the faucet did not leak, and called to follow-up on the final bathroom project to make sure we were satisfied.  In addition, we found him willing to do odds and ends that we added while he was in our home.  He fixed a cabinet door, and planed 3 bedroom doors that had been sticking for several years.

 

We would not hesitate to hire Total Home Improvement & Repair, LLC again to help us complete a project.  They are fair, polite, and very dependable.  Please consider this an exceptional recommendation for Total Home Improvement & Repair, LLC.

Excellent customer service. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. The crew took care of my house with great respect. They were perfectionist down to the last detail. I have used Total Home Improvement several times, first for a few repairs around the house, then to remodel my bathroom and once again to install hardwood floors. I will be calling them back in the summer to design and build a deck for me as well. They are the first company I call when I have a home improvement project because they offer such a wide range of services. I even use for routine maintenance such as gutter cleaning. They send me a reminder to have my gutters cleaned each year and then call to schedule an appointment. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful home improvement service.
