This kitchen has had a complete remodel.  New cabinets, flooring, appliances, lighting, countertops and even a new floor plan.  This is just an example of how you can take an ordinary space and turn it into an extraordinary space.

          

 

The toilet in this bathroom had been leaking into the subfloor for some time and had gone un-noticed.  The result was a completely rotted  subfloor and joists which was causeing the toilet and tub to sink into the crawl space.  The entire subfloor and joists were replaced and the bathroom was completely remodeled.

         

 

This Family room had a complete makeover.  We began by removing the window so the homeowner would have a wall for the television.  We removed the mantle and stone from the fireplace and replaced them with a custom built mantle and marble surround.  We installed 6 recessed lights and replaced the out-of-date fan with a new one.  Then we replaced the base molding with a traditional 6" base and added a decorative 4 1/4" crown molding.  We finished by replacing the floor with an engineered mahogany wood floor and painted the walls with a custom Benjamin Moore color.  As you can see the results are dramatic.

           

 

Above left is a picture of panel, chair and crown molding that had been added to a dinning room to give it a more traditional feel.  The right picture is of a custom built cherry vanity that was built and installed during a bathroom remodel.

        

As you can see from this picture, a small amount of architectural detail can really make a big difference in the way a room looks and feels.

        

The installation of recessed lights in this kitchen made a world of difference not only in the look and feel of the kitchen, but they also added a warm touch and a sense of elegance.
